About the Role:

As Service Delivery Associate, you will own the success of CDC’s customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, project delivery lifecycle, and full customer satisfaction. The key responsibility of the role is to support the Service Delivery Team to deliver on the needs and contractual obligations of the client and will include client liaison, operational and project activity coordination, operational administration activities, building the relationship and supporting with client regular reporting. To be successful in this role, you are a highly organised individual with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle and manage multiple competing priorities at any time. You will need to be meticulous in understanding the contractual deliverables and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Other responsibilities include:  

  • Coordinate and assist with Managed Services project activities for our major client including sourcing of project quotations, provide regular project updates and work directly with the customer to understand immediate and future requirements
  • Coordinate and manage the operational activities and requirements of our client by ensuring activities are updated and closed out in a timely manner.
  • Assist with contractor escorting and supervision.
  • Facilitate and organise change requests with client in consultation with CDC’s Property, Facilities Services (PFS) team, ensuring all client documentation is completed prior to the submission of change requests.
  • Manage access to client areas by raising and managing access tickets via CDC and customer systems.
  • Supporting with audit of access tickets and access permissions to ensure compliance with client security procedures. Ensure compliance to operational and contractual requirements.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Manager (SDM) on client’s activity onsite,  engage in client communications and feedback on immediate and future plans for works and potential growth.
  • Assist with the preparation of client reporting.
  • Participate in regular client business reviews and audit activities.
  • Contribute to the broader CDC team financial and operational objectives such that the business achieves the corporate goals set each year as well as the group’s long-term goals.

About You:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Service Delivery and Project coordination in a similar position.
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating services for large customers.
  • Experience in leadership with demonstrated career growth in customer management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Contract management experience.
  • SLA and performance reporting experience.
  • A desire to take responsibility for customer outcomes.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Work effectively with delivery leads to ensure consistent and clear communication on existing projects.

  • Display self-organisation, positive attitude & proactive approach in their conduct.
  • Be a team player and exhibit excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and to respond to changing centre requirements and priorities.

Essential:

Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance
